    To improve our services and customer experience.

    We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Refund Policy

    We strive for complete customer satisfaction with our charcuterie catering services.

    Full Refunds:

    Issued if Graze at Heart cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Granted for orders canceled within 48 hours of booking (if the event date is more than 14 days away).

    Partial Refunds/Credits:

    Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future order.

    No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event (ingredients are purchased in advance).

    Non-Refundable Situations:

    Last-minute changes (e.g., guest count reductions within 48 hours of delivery).

    Client no-shows or refusal of delivery.

  • Cancellation Policy

    To ensure fairness and accommodate our preparation schedule:

    Client Cancellations:

    More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).

    7–14 days before: 50% refund or rescheduling credit.

    Fewer than 7 days before: No refund, but partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

    Graze at Heart Cancellations:

    Rare but may occur due to extreme circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vendor issues). A full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

    Rescheduling:

    Free rescheduling (subject to availability) if requested at least 7 days before the event.
